1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the FaceZoo mobile application, related websites, and services that support FaceZoo features, including image upload, account management, subscriptions, and notifications. By creating an account, downloading the app, or using FaceZoo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are using FaceZoo on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. What FaceZoo is

FaceZoo is a creative photo and image transformation service. Users can upload photos or other permitted images, apply FaceZoo effects and AI-assisted processing, and receive transformed outputs. The service may include free features, premium subscription features, account-based functionality, push notifications, and backend processing needed to generate and deliver results.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including model behavior, available styles, output limits, or device compatibility.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly.

FaceZoo is not directed to children under 13, and you may only use the service if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for minors, that consent must be obtained before use.

4. Free access and premium access

FaceZoo may offer a free tier with limited access, such as limited transforms, limited styles, lower usage caps, or watermarking. FaceZoo may also offer premium access through one or more paid subscription plans that unlock additional usage, premium styles, faster processing, or other paid features.

Free and premium features may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features, pricing, benefits, availability, and eligibility for promotional trials or introductory offers.

5. Apple subscriptions, billing, renewal, and cancellation

Some FaceZoo premium features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. If you subscribe through the iOS app, Apple bills your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically for the same subscription period.

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively cancel the current paid period. Access to premium features generally continues until the end of the already-paid billing term unless Apple states otherwise.

Pricing, taxes, billing dates, refunds, and payment processing for Apple subscriptions are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and policies. FaceZoo does not directly store full payment card details for Apple purchases and generally cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple. If you seek a refund for an Apple purchase, you must request it through Apple where applicable.

If FaceZoo offers non-subscription purchases, credits, or promotional access, additional terms shown at the time of purchase will apply.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You may only upload or submit content that you own or have permission to use. You may not use FaceZoo in a way that violates law, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or harms others.

• Do not upload images of another person if you do not have the right or consent to do so.
• Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, bypass, disable, or interfere with FaceZoo security or service limits.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or build a competing service from FaceZoo.
• Do not use bots, scripts, account sharing, or other tactics to evade subscription or usage limits.
• Do not use FaceZoo to violate publicity, biometric, privacy, or data protection laws.

We may remove content, block requests, suspend accounts, or report activity if we reasonably believe use of the service violates these Terms, legal requirements, or platform rules.

7. Uploaded content and output

You retain ownership of the images and other content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service. By uploading content, you grant FaceZoo a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely to provide the requested service, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

AI-generated outputs can vary, may not be unique, and may not always meet your expectations. You are responsible for how you use outputs generated through FaceZoo, including confirming that your use complies with applicable law and any third-party rights.

8. FaceZoo intellectual property

FaceZoo and its related software, design, branding, text, graphics, models, workflows, and service features are owned by or licensed to FaceZoo and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from FaceZoo or any part of the service.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how FaceZoo collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information. By using FaceZoo, you acknowledge that we may process account data, uploaded images, device and app identifiers, push tokens, subscription status, and diagnostic or analytics data as described there.

10. Availability and changes

FaceZoo is provided on an evolving basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that every request will succeed or complete within a specific time. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, network issues, moderation decisions, and product changes may affect availability.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FACEZOO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC USE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FACEZOO AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FACEZOO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FACEZOO FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR USD $50.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using FaceZoo at any time. You may request account deletion through support or available in-app tools, and you must manage Apple subscriptions through Apple where applicable.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for FaceZoo or others, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if we are required to do so by law or platform rules. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [FOUNDER REVIEW REQUIRED: Insert state/country governing law and venue], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may also provide additional notice in the app, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of FaceZoo after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
