• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Abuse our free credit system or attempt fraud

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of photos you upload
• You grant us a temporary license to process your images for transformation
• We delete your images immediately after processing
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any uploaded content

5.2 Our Content

• FaceZoo app, AI models, and technology are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service
• Our trademarks and branding materials are protected
• Transformed images are created by our AI and may be subject to certain usage rights

5.3 Generated Content

• You may use AI-generated transformations for personal use
• Commercial use requires explicit permission
• Attribution to FaceZoo is appreciated but not required for personal use
• We reserve the right to showcase anonymized examples of our technology

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Free Service

• We provide 1 free transformation credit per week
• Free credits do not stack or accumulate
• Free service includes basic animal options
• We may modify free service terms with notice

6.2 Premium Subscriptions

• Subscriptions provide unlimited transformations
• Access to exclusive animals and features
• Billing through App Store or Google Play
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

6.3 Billing and Refunds

• All payments are processed by Apple or Google
• Refunds are subject to App Store/Google Play policies
• We cannot process direct refunds
• Cancellation does not provide automatic refunds
